People today are cooking more Asian cuisine than ever before, and it’s important to know the basic ingredients to make the most authentic dish possible. And we are providing all the essential Asian spices from seasonings, herbs, food color, extracts to flavors.
Spices have been traded since ancient times, and are known to have been present in the Middle East at least 4,000 years ago. However, Vasco de Gama, a Portuguese explorer was the first man to introduce South Asian spices to the world in 1498. Today, South Asian countries are still the world’s biggest exporter, accounting for half of the world’s spices.
Our spice sources are different countries around the world as we believe in quality. i.e
Nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and mace from Sri Lanka. Cumin, turmeric and cardamom from India. Pepper and Cassia from Indonesia. Coriander, curry leaves and mustard seeds from Pakistan and Bangladesh. Because it is taste that matters.
Our spices are all natural. And our suppliers are accredited with ISO 9002 and HACCP certification and AQIS approved for import and export.
